Mission Hills

The Mission Pacific Managing Principals were instrumental in the build-out of several neighborhoods within the Mission Hills Country Club development in Rancho Mirage. Mission Hills, which encompasses 1,760 acres, includes three championship golf courses (the Pete Dye Challenge Course, the Arnold Palmer Signature Course and the legendary Dinah Shore Tournament Course), a 27-court tennis center, state-of-the-art fitness center with sparkling pools and soothing spas, as well as diverse restaurants and bars. Mission Pacific principals constructed three neighborhood communities with more than 280 resort homes within Mission Hills, carefully designing the homes to take advantage of spectacular mountain, fairway and lake vistas.
