Mission Ranch

Mission Ranch is a thriving 340-acre, 1,250-lot residential community in Riverside, California, brought to life by the predecessor company of Mission Pacific. The project boasts a prime location situated within a highly desirable school district, as well as diverse housing options accommodating various lifestyles with a range of lot sizes and home types, from starter homes to spacious, upscale family dwellings.

The project required meticulous planning including assembling parcels from ten different property owners, annexing into the City of Riverside, installing critical regional infrastructure and establishing a community facilities district to fund public facilities and fees.

The 340 acres were sold in phases to leading homebuilders and the Riverside Unified School District for the future development of both an elementary and middle school.
