Stratford Ranch

The 400-acre Stratford Ranch development near Lake Perris demonstrates Mission Pacific’s ability to overcome complex situations and unlock the potential of challenging properties. Mission Pacific assembled and purchased the land from over twenty landowners. The project faced significant difficulties, including navigating various legal jurisdictions, and undertaking major infrastructure upgrades, such as improvements to a regional storm drain channel, building regional detention basins, and widening an emergency run-off channel. Despite these obstacles, Mission Pacific successfully achieved its development goals.

Today, Stratford Ranch is thriving. Five of the six residential neighborhoods have been sold to national homebuilders and a 1.7 million square foot distribution project has been constructed by an institutional industrial developer. The project has transformed into one of the most desirable communities within the City of Perris. Mission Pacific’s vision and strategic foresight has provided the foundation for what is now a vibrant, mixed-use hub, with approximately 920  homes and more than 1,700,000 square feet of industrial space, benefiting residents, businesses and the city as a whole.
